mindin our backs, en-bloomed
is Kid Curry and fobbed News Carver.

I confess we left our sixguns
a-layin on the photographer's

antimacassar by the aspidistra after
blowin smoke from the muzzles.

See our gold watch chains shinin
and our faces a-beamin more than

on any Post Office wall:
